The Montana Cigarette Tax Reconciliation Form CT-205 is used by cigarette distributors and wholesalers to report and reconcile the taxes they owe on the sale of cigarettes in Montana. The form includes spaces for reporting the total number of cigarettes sold, the total amount of taxes owed, and any credits or refunds claimed. The form must be submitted along with payment for any taxes owed to the Montana Department of Revenue on a monthly basis.
