Box 173350 Denver CO 80217-3350 Colorado Department of Revenue Electronic Payment Options For Tax Payments The DR 5785 “EFT Account Setup” application is no longer required for processing. All Department of Revenue payment methods meet the requirements for filing by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) per State Statutes and guidelines. Payment methods and explanations can be found on DR 5782 or on Revenue Online (ROL) when selecting “Make a Payment” from the home screen. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Revenue Online Direct Debit (Account Login Required) Debit or Credit Card E-Check Cryptocurrency ACH Credit Note: If you have ACH Debit Block with your bank, you will need to contact your bank to request the number D846000537 be added to the debit block filter. Otherwise, your payment will be rejected. Different payment methods within Revenue Online (ROL) will require the “Tax Name” or the “Tax Code Number” when paying taxes. Listed below are the tax names with the corresponding tax numbers for your reference. ACH credit is the payment method that always requires a tax code number when making a payment. ACH Credit payments can be paid by using your Colorado Account Number (CAN), or FEIN or SSN / ITIN. There is no longer a need to apply for a Department of Revenue issued EFT number. Current users with an EFT number can still use the EFT number when making payments. Third party payments/garnishment instructions can be requested.
