Illinois Department of Revenue Schedule CC-2 General Information Who must file Schedule CC-2? If you have one business but sell adult use cannabis at more than one cultivation site, you must report taxable receipts from adult use cannabis sales from each cultivation site for the purpose of calculating the Cannabis Cultivation Privilege Tax. You must complete and attach Schedule CC-2, Multiple Site Form for Adult Use Cannabis Cultivators, to your Form CC-1, Adult Use Cannabis Cultivation Privilege Tax Return, to report the taxable receipts from each cultivation site. How do I report my sales? T O N O D L I A M Follow the specific instructions at the bottom of the page to report your taxable receipts from adult use cannabis sold. You must identify and report sales from each cultivation site separately. What if I need help? Specific Instructions When completing this form, please round to the nearest dollar by dropping amounts less than 50 cents and increasing amounts of 50 cents or more to the next higher dollar. Enter your business’ Account ID and filing period. Cultivation Sites Cultivation site name and address - For each site, enter the name and physical address of the cultivation site from which you made your sales. Line 3 Taxable receipts from adult use cannabis sold For each site, write the total amount of receipts from adult use cannabis sold minus the amount of any deductions to adult use cannabis sales that you are claiming. Page total Complete the page total for each page by adding the amounts on Line 3 for each site and writing the sum on the page total line at the bottom of each page.
